Ingredients

219g Rhubarb
78g Golden Berries (Ground Cherries)
450g Water
71g Sugar

Utensils

1 Pot
French Knife
Cutting Board
2 Bowls
Rubber Spar
Vitamix

Instructions

  1. Measure all ingredients
  2. Cut up the rhubarb, add all ingredients into pot, bring to a boil then chill in a bowl of ice or throw into your freezer to chill quickly in the mean time turn on your ice cream machine (the one we use Lello 4080 Musso Lussino) scoop out and ready to serve to the kidos after 15 to 25 mins.
